When I first downloaded the Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System, I couldn’t believe how much Sean Nalewanyj was giving away for the money.  Furthermore, when I started diving into his course on how to gain muscle mass, I was really impressed with the organization, writing style, content, and shear volume of the Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System.  This is a high value course for a reasonable price that gives the user a total perspective on how to build muscle mass; starting with the big picture.  Make no bones about it, The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System is a highly recommended, must have addition to your training library.

The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System is a muscle building philosophy that focuses on the body and the mind.  Along with training, Sean is quite knowledgeable about nutrition, supplementation, and the mental aspects of how to gain muscle mass and he shares his knowledge in easy to understand terms.  Throughout the course, vivid examples lend the reader to a thorough understanding of the material given.

Are you skinny (ectomorph), fat (endomorph), or lucky (the mesomorph is lean and muscular and gets bigger when he smells weights)?  Do you seem to have an abundance of fast twitch muscle fibers (fast sprinter or a good jumper) or slow twitch muscle fibers (good at endurance activities)?  While Sean writes for the “average person with average genetics” all 3 body types will greatly benefit from the insights and philosophy that Sean provides.  I will note that if you find your body not responding to the 5-7 rep range that Sean endorses, try experimenting with a rep range of 6-10.  You can easily track your progress in your journal and decide what works best for you.

Does it look at nutrition sensibly?
When it comes to building muscle, nutrition is your friend.  Having a sound nutrition program is the cornerstone of muscle building.  There is a lot more to nutrition than 3 square meals a day, and Sean does a really good job covering this topic.  He includes all of the important factors such as: how many meals per day, anabolism vs. catabolism, protein, carbohydrates, fats, alcohol, water, etc.  and discusses how to use the information to your advantage in practical terms.  In other words, the guidelines are easy to follow and practical.

Does it teach you how to avoid injury?

Is there balance to the program?

Is it easy to follow?
Yes!  One of the things I really like about this program is that it contains all of the principles of a sound program to build muscle fast without the need of an advanced biology degree.  The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System includes vivid examples of what to do and what not to do to help illustrate the author’s point.  His tone is straight forward and well written so that everyone from the layman to the advanced trainer can understand and apply the information today.  Don’t underestimate how important it is to have an easy to follow program on how to build muscle mass.  This alone will save years in experimentation.

Are the supplementation principles sound?
Supplementation can be a confusing subject, but The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System breaks it down rather nicely.  Sean discusses where supplementation can help the trainee as well as some of the outrageous claims made by the supplementation industry.  One of the things I really liked was how Sean broke supplementation down into categories; recommended, worth a try, might be worth a try, and don’t bother.  This is not an exhaustive supplement review.  It is a cut to the chase – tell me what I need to know primer.  This is a really good section on supplementation for someone looking to know what they can apply today.

Does it support the mental side of training?
